The Center for Law and Responsible Business Studies or Pusat Studi Hukum dan Bisnis Bertanggungjawab (PSHBB) is a research and academic initiative dedicated to advancing scholarship and policy development at the intersection of law, business, and human rights. The Center focuses on examining how legal frameworks, corporate governance mechanisms, and public policy can promote responsible, ethical, and sustainable business practices.
PSHBB serves as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue among legal scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and civil society actors working on issues related to responsible business conduct and corporate accountability.
A core activity of the Center is the development and publication of scholarly works, including the Business and Human Rights Law & Policy (BHRLP) Journal, which serves as an academic forum for research addressing legal and policy dimensions of business and human rights.
