Iman Prihandono / Supervisory Board
Iman Prihandono is a Professor of Law specializing in international law, business and human rights, and responsible business governance. He is actively engaged in academic research and policy discussions concerning the relationship between business activities, legal accountability, and human rights protection. His scholarly work focuses on issues such as corporate responsibility, international economic law, ESG governance, and the legal frameworks governing business conduct in global and domestic contexts. Through his research and publications, he contributes to the growing discourse on how law can promote responsible and sustainable business practices. At the Center for Law and Responsible Business Studies / PSHBB, he contributes to the Center’s mission of advancing research and academic dialogue on law, business, and human rights, including his role as the Editor-In-Chief of the Business and Human Rights Law & Policy (BHRLP) Journal.

Indriaswati Dyah Saptaningrum / Executive Director
Indriaswati Dyah Saptaningrum, Ph.D is a legal scholar whose work focuses on human rights, constitutional law, and social justice. Her research and advocacy have contributed to the development of legal discourse on human rights protection, democratic governance, and the role of law in addressing social inequality. She has been actively involved in academic research, policy discussions, and capacity-building initiatives related to human rights protection and access to justice, particularly in the Indonesian context. Her work often examines the interaction between legal institutions, public policy, and the protection of fundamental rights. At the Center for Law and Responsible Business Studies / PSHBB, she contributes to the Center’s initiatives on business and human rights, responsible governance, and legal accountability, supporting interdisciplinary research and dialogue aimed at promoting responsible and rights-respecting business practices.

Kania Mezariani Guzaimi / Director Research
Kania Mezariani Guzaimi is a law and policy researcher whose interests focus on business and human rights, corporate governance, and responsible business practices. Her work explores the interaction between legal regulation, corporate accountability, and sustainability frameworks, particularly in the context of emerging governance standards in business activities. She is involved in academic research and scholarly initiatives related to responsible business conduct, ESG governance, and legal approaches to corporate responsibility. Her research contributes to the broader discussion on how legal systems can support ethical and sustainable business practices.
