Public Relations (10/04/2024) | In order to improve the quality of knowledge of the development of business law and human rights, Iman Prihandono, Ph.D as Dean of FH UNAIR launched a journal together with the Colloquium & Postgraduate Workshop on Business and Human Rights on (10/01/2024). The launch of this journal was initiated by Iman Prihandono, Ph.D, Kania Mezariani Guzaimi, M.Sc., Indriaswati Dyah Saptaningrum, Ph.D, and Dinda Ajeng Puspanita, S.H., M.H.
The journal “Business and Human Rights Law & Policy” is published periodically with the aim of disseminating knowledge in comparative law in various countries and finding out various updates and legal policies regarding business and human rights in various countries, especially the Asia Pacific region.
“We invite all students, academics, and those interested in developing the field of business law and human rights to submit their best articles. The main goal is mutually knowing the best research results to improve the quality of knowledge in the field of law and business in the Asia Pacific region,” said the Dean of FH UNAIR.
The publication of the journal “Business and Human Rights Law & Policy” is a step by FH UNAIR to commit to following global legal developments. The development includes what is called transnational business, which is part of research that focuses on country comparisons and specifically on international law.
The publication of the journal “Business and Human Rights Law & Policy” also focuses on the goal of strengthening the aspect of legal knowledge in the scope of business law and human rights. Considering that in practice the development of business law and human rights globally, especially in the Asia Pacific region, is developing rapidly, so there needs to be continuous research renewal.
“Business and Human Right Law & Policy (BHRLP) is an international journal that is open access and can be used as a reference in the scope of legal education published by a responsible center for legal and business studies. The hope is of course to increase knowledge in national and international legal higher education so that it is in line with FH UNAIR’s commitment to always follow sustainable legal developments,” said the Dean of FH UNAIR
